Jalal Kaker Construction & Road Building Company (JKCC) mainly concerned to render humanitarian assistance to all Afghan and for rehabilitation of Afghanistan, JKCC is an Afghan Construction Company, which specially set to undertake construction and reconstruction of country, to provide technical, consultation for planning and implementation of architectural and irrigation projects.

JKCC can propose proposals identified by the communities as prior needs. After completion of technical aspects will be submitted to donor agencies for funding.
JKCC operates purely on humanitarian bases to organize various departments that shall function together to assist the people of
Afghanistan by under taking various projects and engineering works to rebuild the war torn infrastructures of the country.
JKCC can survey, plan, design, and implement rehabilitation and reconstruction projects and activities in
Afghanistan.
JKCC can coordinate and develop projects be on establishing cooperation with organization having similar objectives and with donor organization.
JKCC can accept grants from any governments, agencies, authorities, public bodies, corporations, companies, or persons of money, movable and immovable properties, donations, gifts, subscriptions, devices, and other assistance with a view of promoting the objectives of the society an in receiving any gift of property to take the same either unconditionally or subject to special conditions prescribed in writing by the donors.
